What Is the unNetwork?

The unNetwork is an informal, biweekly gathering of entrepreneurs starting or operating their own businesses in the Kansas City area.

The unRule

The unNetwork has only one established rule:

The unRule: Please do not give out your business card unless you are asked.

The purpose of the unRule is to emphasize the fact that the unNetwork is not just another networking group. As business owners, we all have more than enough opportunities to network. The unNetwork is something different. It's a peer group where we can all kick off our shoes (metaphorically) and relax.

There is, however, a corollary to the unRule. Please ask other members and guests for their business cards, as you get to know them and become genuinely interested in their work.
