We came into work one day to find our server down. Made a phone call to our IT vendor but couldn't get a live person.
Fortunately, we remembered meeting Brian Pauls of PerAspera at the Olathe Chamber of Commerce.
A quick phone call, and they immediately came out to put us back in business.

When it came time to find someone to create a website for my business I investigated several companies. PerAspera came out at the top and my next choice was a distant second. I was impressed with Brian's thouroughness. He not only wanted to know the purpose and goals of my website but he also guided me through a series of questions that helped me to discover some purposes that I had not considered. Brian Pauls and I have worked together for approximately three years. As is the case in most non-profit agencies, we have very limited funds available in our technology budget.
One of the largest challenges I found is that Rainbow’s database and other computer-related systems were not consistently backed up. In visiting with Brian, I expressed my concerns about not having a back-up system in place. With two visits to our office, Brian had a back-up program installed and working.
Needless to say, I can sleep better now that this problem has been resolved. It’s like I told Brian, “I had this tremendous headache, so I called PerAspera(in), 'cause they can cure any computer headache!”

CHILDREN’S HOPE INTERNATIONAL made a move from one location to another and PerAspera helped to get our computers up and running in record time. We moved on October 31 and we were live on November 2nd. We have seven work stations and we have had various problems with each one at one time or another. When we call our trusty IT consultant, he always responds promptly. Our rep is courteous and very thorough.

I have worked together with Brian Pauls for several months, in a volunteer capacity. Brian was instrumental in working together with a team of other volunteers on our Technology Committee.

When we needed a web site to launch a new product, the Petsberry Board Game, in late 2005 and early 2006, we hired PerAspera Consulting. I found the firm was very customer friendly and patient working with a company such as ourselves, who never had a web site in the past. In today’s world of constant e-mail spam, the forum they set up provided a private venue to discuss the project. It was also helpful to have all the written conversations in one place for easy reference.
