We are a technology consulting company with over 45 years of combined experience in the computer industry. We have a background supporting a variety of networking, hardware, and software platforms, including Microsoft Windows (2003, 2000, NT, ME, 9x,) Citrix MetaFrame, Novell Netware, Cisco IOS, Compaq, and HP, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.) Our associates have the technical and customer-service skills required to support the computer needs of most small- and medium-sized businesses.

What services do you offer?

We currently offer technical service in the following areas:

  • PC and network troubleshooting, configuration and administration
  • Computer training and tutoring
  • Web-site development and hosting
  • Custom software development
  • Remote access and virtual office management
  • Remote technical support
  • Online auction management
  • Personal technology consulting



Our technicians work on most types of standard PC hardware. We are also prepared to support, manage and troubleshoot a wide variety of network devices, such as routers and hubs. Our support includes wireless networking.

Can I buy my server from you?

PerAspera recommends you purchase your PCs and servers from a national vendor. Due to volume sales, national companies can often provide better hardware prices than smaller companies. Local firms can provide much better services, so we recommend you purchase your hardware from a national company and your service from PerAspera. If you prefer to purchase your PCs and servers from a local company, PerAspera can build hardware to your specifications. We also offer specialized networking hardware, such as routers from ZyXEL and NETGEAR.

If I buy all my computers from a national vendor, why do I need you?

We understand that working with a national company can sometimes be confusing and frustrating. PerAspera offers to work with national vendors on your behalf. We can discuss your needs with you in language you understand, and then convey those needs to the vendor in a way which ensures you get what you need without buying unnecessary hardware.

Of course, PerAspera also provides training, development, support, hosting and consulting services which are not available from national firms.

Why should I use you instead of my regular computer company?

If you and your computer services vendor currently have a well-established, positive relationship at agreeable prices, PerAspera encourages you to continue using that vendor. If, however, you are looking for a computer service company with high levels of customer service, technical expertise and reasonable prices, please consider PerAspera. We think you will like what you find.

What separates you from other networking companies?

We consider customer service to be a competitive advantage. High levels of customer service are integral to our business plan. At PerAspera, customer service is not just something we talk about. We have definite procedures for ensuring that our level of customer service remains high. We include customer satisfaction survey cards with most of our service tickets, frequently offering a discount if the survey card is filled out and returned. Understanding the service experience of our customers is important to us.

PerAspera also places a high value on technical expertise. Our technicians are chosen for their knowledge and skill. We believe that quick and comprehensive technical solutions are important to positive customer experiences. While we cannot promise a quick resolution to every problem, we believe you will be impressed by the skill of our personnel as they address your technical issues.

How long have you been around?

PerAspera has been in business since 2003. Our staff features associates who have worked in the computer industry for an extended period of time, helping both small and large companies with their technology needs.

When can you come out to work on my system?

If you would like a service call, please contact our Service Department to arrange an appropriate time. In addition to regular business hours, PerAspera provides after-hours and weekend service at our regular rates (no overtime.)
