PerAspera is built on two ideas--personal technology and personal service. We are probably not the first technology company you have ever worked with, but we want to be the last. When you use PerAspera, you are working with a business dedicated to understanding who you are, what you need, and how you work. We take that understanding and apply it to your technology problems to provide solutions we know you will like--because we have asked you what you want. You'll stay with PerAspera because we are focused on you, not just your computers. We want to work with you to meet the challenge of technology.

WHO IS PERASPERA?

Randy Dansereau, Service Representative
Randy Dansereau attended the University of Missouri at Columbia majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has worked 20 years in the IT industry performing mainframe operations, PC and network support. He has performed administration tasks on both large and small networks for both Novell and Microsoft environments. He has designed and implemented networks ranging from a couple of users to networks with 50 servers and 1000 users.

Dan Ford, Service Representative
Dan Ford has nearly 12 years accumulative experience in the IT field, including nearly four years as a network systems engineer, almost five years as a college IT instructor, and more than three years in desktop & laptop support. His knowledge and experience includes network & database administration, structured cabling, telecommunications, desktop, and server support. He has professional experience in such industries as gaming, hotel, retail, post-secondary education, and civilian & military contracting.

Bridget Johnson, Marketing Representative
Bridget Johnson is a graduate of Avila University, with a degree in Marketing. While taking only three years to graduate, she still managed a semester abroad in Australia, and was part of the women's soccer team. When Bridget's not working, she enjoys spending time with her new nephew Bryce, and her puppy dog Luke.

Jennifer Stoeckle, Marketing Representative
Marketing Representative Jennifer Stoeckle is a Junior at Avila University, where she is completing her Marketing degree. She has been a part of the womens' soccer team, and has maintained a 4.0 GPA. In addition, Jennifer is a part-time student at UMKC, where she is taking classes because of her strong interest in engineering science. Jennifer also works as a model, and loves the experience because it allows her to travel and meet new people. Jennifer believes the most important thing to attain in life is a good education.

Brian S. Pauls, President
Brian S. Pauls graduated with a B.A. in Communication Arts from Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. His 10 years of experience in the computer field have shown him an unmet need--the application of technology on a truly individual level. In an industry filled with "hardware" people rather than "people people," Brian's background in communication was a tremendous asset. He founded PerAspera Consulting to bring individualized technology solutions to clients who are tired of the "one size fits all" approach.

How often do you back up your data? If you are like many small business owners, the answer is, "not often enough?"

Online back-up is a great solution--but sometimes you just want to make a copy (or copies!) of all those valuable photos, CAD files, or audio and video recordings, and take them home, or drop them off at the safe-deposit box, so you can rest easily at night.

Backup tapes have always been a hassle, and removable data cartridges can be a little pricey.

That's the niche the Thermaltake BlackX Duet was created to fill. This ultra-affordable dual-hard drive chassis allows you to turn any old SATA drive into a removable data cartridge, for a fraction of the cost.

Such a bare-bones approach to data backup is not for everyone--but if you are looking for a simple and cost-effective way to produce multiple redundant copies of your most critical data, this is a solution that is hard to beat.
